Document Fulfillment Group has created a sophisticated warehouse and distribution program designed for cost effective distribution of printed products. This program is specifically designed (as a one stop shopping source) for community banks. All products are received and stored at our warehouse facility in Tracy, CA until it is requisitioned by the bank or one of its branches.
The bank and its branches will have online access to requisition product and to check inventory levels. At the end of each month the bank will receive an inventory report and allocation report showing distribution by branch or internal department. This system was designed with the user in mind. Online ordering is very simple and reports are just as easy to read. All reports are available in Excel format and are sent via email to the requester.
All requisitions are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Rush shipments can be accommodated on an as-needed basis.
